When Implementing the Smart Stock VMI Program, Unisan Direct will first familiarize ourselves with the needs and requirements of your facilities. Once we have established an understanding of the products your facilities require, we work with you to set a plan for the Smart Stock VMI Program. We establish set stock levels for the products we will supply for your facility.
Using our predetermined stock levels and on an established schedule, we will visit your facility take inventory of the supplies and use these numbers to put an order together for you. The following day, our delivery driver will deliver the products directly to you. For some clients, the drivers will even put the supplies directly into your supply closet!
