Available in custom sizes for use on circular fan guards to prevent possible contamination of dust, dirt, thread, lint, fibers and other irritating particles from being drawn into the fan. Permatron’s PreVent fan guard “air net” is a simple solution custom sized and installed over the outside of the fan guard, eliminating the need to take the fan apart for cleaning. The dirty fan filter is easily removed and replaced immediately with a clean spare fan guard filter. Washing the dirty filters can be done at a more convenient time. The changeover period takes about a minute for each fan, saving costly manufacturing downtime.
